Over the Rainbow<\/em> was written by Harold Arlen (music) and E.Y. Harburg (lyrics) in 1938 and made famous by The Wizard of Oz<\/em>. Meanwhile, What a Wonderful World<\/em> was originally written by Bob Thiele and George David Weiss. The song was custom-made for Louis Armstrong who then made it a timeless lullaby.<\/p>\n

Known as the Gentle Giant, Israel, was a major force in Hawaiian music. His commercial success beginning in the 1990’s brought music listeners & interest beyond the Hawaiian Islands. Iz passed away in 1997.<\/p>\n
