Once is the type of movie that only happens once in a while. The story is compelling, the characters real, and the music is phenomenal. Falling Slowly would make any drama scene burst with emotion.
Interesting fact: The lead characters were played by Glen Hansard and Marketa Irglová even though neither were established actors. Given their on-screen chemistry, most people would never have known…maybe it was just the real chemistry shining through.
